By “Lifting” the sinus floor and bone graft, adequate bone thickness for implant placement can be prepared. In this case, there is not enough bone thickness #14 (Upper left molar) to palace an implant (right photos). Sinus lifting done and an implant placed and loaded with a crown.

Immediate implant procedure can reduce the time for replacing a tooth from 6 months to 3 months. In this case, #19 (Lower left molar) broke and cannot be restored due to inadequate tooth structure. The tooth surgically and atraumatically removed, implant and bone graft placed at the same appointment and leaded with a tooth on a later appointment.
